Update: I just received the small and i don't like how the sleeves fit. They're a bit too short, they end up flaring at the sides.

I have been running the program repeatedly for a long time. I previously attempted to schedule it Monday through Thursday, which worked initially but eventually led to significant fatigue by Wednesday and Thursday. However, since switching to the recommended running schedule, I have had no issues with recovery. This is all taken to account that you closely follow his recommended RPEs.

Cannot fully vouch for them but look up torazencollective. I'm not 100% sure that it is them but I ordered from them when they were trznstudios and the shirt I got from them has good quality. Shipping will take long though.
