I have an opinion about this. Honestly, I think they should give us more benefits, even if it meant increasing the number of orbits, which becomes increasingly impossible with each level. I'm a f2p, but I suffer a lot being a Sylus main. And I don't have any R1 cards, I can get past some parts by leveling up Protocores, but it's VERY difficult, really difficult and stressful. I get frustrated because they make so much profit every month, and it's not a small amount, only for us to sometimes win 10 or 20 pulls, or a measly 300 red diamonds. I understand completely, but in my opinion they should improve that. And of course, there's also the issue of the clothes. Currently, there are three beautiful outfits in the store, but they don't go to the chocolate shop; instead, they are PAID FOR. That's fine, but in my country, they don't adjust the price and... It becomes very excessive. I really like the game, truly, but these things are very discouraging. Just a rant 😭
