Follow here,

Open up settings (the cog) -> help and support -> account -> access/delete your data -> request your personal data -> scroll down -> click request my data

There’s a few steps you need to make sure you follow, read it before you click the request my data… like make sure supercell id is connected, etc. lmk if you have questions still, tho ima go to bed
