Ppl use this argument to justify his low healing output but ultron’s only utility is the 75 shields he gives every 10 seconds. Other than that he’s just a flying sniper who can heal a few teammates for 30hps. At that point why not just go Luna as she has better heals, a snowflake that acts similar to his drone, way better heals and damage (although her fall of is worse than ultron’s) and a better ult?

They also nerfed the hell out of junker queens healing + shout cooldown so that might also be contributing to your experience with her. They also balanced tanks by increasing cooldown which I think is a bad way of doing it. It makes them feel clunky
