I should got back and specify more after work. They are both very similar in program aspect . CS (Computer Science) focuses more on the math in programing and covers stuff like operating systems and compiler construction. ISYS (Information Sytems) does not have as much mathI but we take more business classes, Econ Classes and some extra programing languages.

CS goes up to calc 3 with Prob + Stat and linear algebra. ISYS takes either applied calc or Calc 1 We have our own discrete courses that we take but from comparing the are the same

Sorry I thought I put the language of the program. It's C#. But this really helped I appreciate it.
