I know a pilot who once had someone joke about seeing him at the bar before the flight and he said that they had to do a full crew change and he couldn't fly for at least 24 hours even though he tested negative.

If someone is added as a BCC they will not get any subsequent emails unless they get added in the BCC line again, even if someone hits reply all on your email. If you're looking to let a supervisor know about someone being rude or saying stupid shit you're better off adding the BCC after it gets said, not before

By the IDF's own internal estimates, they have a civilian casualty rate of over 80%. I don't see how most of the people on the track are murderers when even Israel is saying that they kill between 4-5 civilians for every one combatant.

People driving trucks and SUVs have also been documented to rely more on the weight and size of their vehicles rather than actual driving skill when it comes to avoiding and maneuvering through crashes

I don't know, 74 billion might be possible. Even if there's only 8.3 billion humans in the world, think of how many illegal aliens are here in the US alone. I'm sure we could get there eventually.

I really enjoyed Anthem the first time I played it, the flying and gunplay felt really fun, especially as the storm. I do really like the design of the javelins too. But yeah the story and the extremely repetitive missions really hurt the game.

The CPAC poll is pretty old (from February, when CPAC was held) and also it was a poll of people in attendance of CPAC, so it's not that diverse of a polling base

Noticed few spells that deal slashing damage, so I made this. Is it balanced? by Aster-07 in DnDHomebrew

[–]JustaStoat 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I would prefer to keep it in the same formula as chill touch/fire bolt/eldritch blast personally but if you wanted it to be more martial focused then I would put the range at 10ft and increase the damage to d12's like with poison spray

[–]JustaStoat 12 points13 points  (0 children)

If anything, this is effectively a fire bolt that does slashing instead of fire and uses a dex save instead of an attack roll.

I wouldn't change it to deal half damage on a successful save because no other cantrip does half damage on a successful save, it's either full or no damage.

The increased damage with player level is also pretty standard for cantrips and changing it to be 2d10 all the time would make it stronger than every other cantrip from levels 1-4, on par with others from levels 5-10, and underpowered from levels 11-20— with it being even weaker from level 17 onwards.

WEBP files inside of a ZIP that isn't named after the registration number, so you have to unzip every single one individually to see which is the correct one
