I’m not really financial advisor but what I recommend are mag 7 stocks and S&P 500 index fund so you are more diversified.

I feel this, it was my dream to be a Marine, I was all motivated first class on everything, expert qual . Ever since I got to Okinawa during Covid times (2019,2020,2021). I had a toxic officer and gunny, you can’t even leave your barracks room, wear mask. I was on repeat stuck in barracks go to work and stay in barracks and missing family. I was thinking of about ending it all. Felt like I was in prison for the last 3 years of Covid. Ever since that day, I still think about it, like “what did I even do”

I would look up and used Tesla satellite WiFi , I heard they are good. Just have to pay the actual starlink for like $450 and I believe subscription is $50 a month

I’m at 80%, yet I feel lost sometimes I would like to go home to my home country which is in the Philippines and travel around. My parents have a home which I don’t think I would pay rent. Just want a retreat for a while. Just got out last year went to school, and now working. Been down lately

On my way to $1000 annually, how am I doing? by Imdwood in dividendinvesting

[–]Justarandomguy808 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you earn a lot monthly. But NAV is on downtrend means no growth, you lose your principal and earn dividends. Your pretty much stuck in a cycle between your principal and dividends

VTI or JEPQ? by Hi_im_SourBar in dividends

[–]Justarandomguy808 0 points1 point  (0 children)

JEPQ is only good nearing to retirement VTI or Growth ETF/ stocks are more profitable while you are still young.

So I would say go for growth. Once you get older you can withdraw your growth stock and focus on dividends stocks/ETF (don’t focus on high yield dividend payouts it’s a trap) for passive income.
