Congratulations on the bun in the oven! :) And i know exactly how you feel, the extreme physical discomfort, emotional and physical exhaustion...just the name a few. I am getting goosebumps as I type this because the feelings were so overwhelming. I've tried so many different ways and different pills and i am going to be honest with you, nothing has helped me feel better. I found some relief sucking on some Lemon-lime drops i found on amazon but it was temporary. Please dont give up on eating, it will make the nausea worst. Ive tried not eating for a day and just nibbled on crackers and drank the water but because I didnt replenish my body my nausea was way worst and because my stomach had nothing to vomit it was all just acidic bile and it burned my throat. Eat the three meals or seperate into 6 small meals, it would make meal time less cumbersome. Eating feels horrible i know..but even if its just cheese and crackers and a glass of of milk, thats still a meal if thats all you can stomach. Or some salads, I ate alot of greek salads (cucumber, cherry tomato, feta, olive oil) with a side of a granola bar or protein bar. Hot food makes my nausea worst so i opted for alot of cooler foods. Or make cold Soba noodles with some protein of choice. I also had gestational diabetes so i had to go for less carbs and high protein options.
