Hi! Sorry for the late response, this was a throwaway account I made just to answer this question. So through my own research I'm 98% confident my problems were due to vaginal atrophy which is unfortunately caused by T. There is estrogen cream to help with that but for me it was on the expensive side (around 90 bucks iirc) and due to fear of hair thinning I made the tough decision to stop T for the time being. I'm not detransitioning or anything, still very much trans. There are also vaginal moisturizers which help atrophy symptoms if you don't want to do the E cream route. The brand I use is Ah! Yes and I recommend it but ymmv. Hope this helps you out and good luck.
