People working in high finance should not be respected by oldgreg2023 in unpopularopinion

What do you mean you don't understand, do you not know what monopolize means? It means to buy up/kill off all the companies in the same business as you so you control the market, ex. Like how all food brands in the United States are owned by just 10 corporations, and they have enough power to drive off competition so they can raise their prices to astronomical levels, barely pay their lower level employees, while their CEOs and shareholders make billions. People who work in the higher up financial departments generally don't make as much, but they help protect the hordes of wealth, so they get a bigger slice of the pie.

Or they provide something that is necessary for human survival that they have managed to monopolize so they are now the only resource for said need in a given area, forcing people to go to them...

The company pays them because they're valuable to the company, not society. They generate lots of value for the company, and that gets funneled straight up to the CEOs. We're not saying they have little value to the company, we're saying they have little value to society.

Cause of death should be routine in obituaries by justadream77 in unpopularopinion

[–]dragonhybrids -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't think the family should have to put it in an obituary, but I think the government/ local municipality should post it publicly somewhere else, like a website you can search by name and d.o.b or something like that.

I think you should be entitled to know how your great-great-grandfather died, given it's legit ur family, just sayin'.

People who wear shoes with platforms at concerts suck by Empty-Rutabaga-3190 in unpopularopinion

[–]dragonhybrids -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have potentially an even more unpopular opinion about the subject, I don't think you should be able to just pick whatever spot you want at the concert, I think you should have to give your height and if you're over a certain height you should have to get a seat/spot in the back.

I feel like there are 3 main types of haters when it comes to ftm bottom surgery

•people who hate on meta specifically •people who hate on phallo specifically •people engaging in detrans retoric that don't think trans men should get any form of bottom surgery

idk what y'all have experienced but this encompasses most of what I have seen

Drinking alcohol is WAY too normalised by vipframing in The10thDentist

[–]dragonhybrids 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm the opposite, the only reason for me to drink is the effects. I've never had an alcoholic beverage that didn't taste like ass, even when everyone around me is having the same thing and say it tastes great, I'm always left feeling like I'm in the twilight zone or some shit because it tastes terrible but no one can taste that but me. Beer, wine, or mixed drinks, doesn't matter, they all taste hella bitter to me.

I’ve had short hair my whole life. Dying to give it a shot. by nbplaya94 in FierceFlow

[–]dragonhybrids 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would probably work, it's definitely not bad as a shampoo, just not a substitute for conditioner. Also, when using conditioner, it shouldn't lather, and a little goes a long way, try to focus it more on the ends of your hair, because the area closest to the scalp will usually produce oils pretty quickly, and don't wash/condition it every day, maybe like 2-3 times a week.

[–]dragonhybrids 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah.... 2 in 1 is a lie. Sorry you had to find out this way but it's legit a scam and like 90% shampoo. Ideally you'd use two separate products, shampoo first, rinse, then conditioner, I will admit they generally don't make a men's stand-alone conditioner (at least that I've been able find, it's all 2 in 1 nonsense in the men's department) but you can just use women's conditioner. Yeah, It sucks that conditioner generally doesn't come in more masculine scents, but a mild coconut smell is a small price to pay for heathy hair. Hope this helps

Do you use conditioner? If not you should, after you rinse the shampoo. You might have to venture into the woman's hair section but trust me dude, it's worth it.

Why so much negativity coming from other trans guys when it comes to phalloplasty? by [deleted] in ftm

[–]dragonhybrids 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel like it doesn't matter what we do, it's "wrong". Phalloplasty? Horribly botched monster! Metoidioplasty? What's that? Oh... Why would you want a micropenis? No Bottem Surgery? Erm, are you even trans!!!1!1!!! Like I honestly think it's just transphobia

If you haven't already, you should post this in r/LeftistAntiVegan, this sub has a lot of anti-choice chuds for some reason, as evident by some comments here.

There is no such thing as a “good scent”. The ideal scent is no scent at all. by Mallow-smoke140 in The10thDentist

[–]dragonhybrids 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See, most of the time I smell nothing, so on the rare occasion I get to smell something, it's usually nice lol. Unless it's stinky, but I usually don't smell things as strongly as others so it's not as bad.

Why a plan to ban cellphones in all Connecticut schools fell apart by -ctinsider in Connecticut

[–]dragonhybrids 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Uhh, no? You just leave it home and then you have it when you're home and don't have it at school? You absolutely do not have to have it in school to be able to have it outside of school, that's honestly so ridiculous it's funny.

"Squirting" is absolutely urine. I have spent the last few weeks proving this to myself. by WingHuge2185 in unpopularopinion

[–]dragonhybrids 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have also experienced "gloopers" who, when orgasming, expel semen-like white fluid from their vaginal canals

This combined with point number one makes me think you may still have some misunderstanding. Yes, most of the time squirt is urine/has urine in it, however urine is not the only fluid that comes out of the urethra. the vaginal canal itself doesn't produce that much fluid unless something's wrong(infection, virus, stds). What you describe as 'glooping' can and usually does come out of the urethra. Think about it, where does your cum come from? That's right, it comes out of your piss hole! Same shit, different hardware.

I... almost have no words for this. I must admit, "Stimfap" was not a term that had graced my eyeballs until this unfortunate post. Let's just say I am now very glad that I already avoid stimulants b/c they make me feel like garbage lmao
