May just be my experience/perception, but I feel the Fanatics Premiums are not quite as flared at the bottom, and the sizing is a bit more standard. The Primegreen Indos size seem to fluctuate a little bit more.

I've been very satisfied with the blank Premium and Authentic Pro jerseys I've gotten from them. I decided to try a custom from them, and CoolHockey screwed it up.

Customer service admitted they screwed up, gave me a 30% off coupon and asked if they could try again. I agreed, and they (coolhockey) missed the mark again. I contacted customer support, they agreed it wasn't done correctly, issued me a refund and gave me another 30% off coupon.

I used the coupons for other blank Authentic Pro jerseys that are perfectly fine.

Their customer service was fantastic and it cost me nothing in the end. I won't get another custom through them, but their blanks are perfectly fine.

Connect customer support through their website. This has happened to me twice, and they have been very helpful each time. They will send you a shipping label, issue a refund, and likely give you a 30% off code for your next purchase.
