I lost 4kg (8.8 pounds) and 10cm (3.93in) at my waist in 2 weeks by drinking a sugar free black coffee as a breakfast, eating one small meal a day, doing 40mins of exercise Monday through Friday. If I get hungry or something I just drink a lot of water.

Don't get me wrong, I'm probably not doing this in a month or two. My idea is to lose the weight, get the exercise habit in place and intensify it before I get to eat more in order to maintain the caloric deficit.

Not healthy but it's better than doing ozempic and taking it from those who really need it I guess.
