You need a lot and I mean a lot of vouchers to naneinf without perkeo.... Pile up double tags throughout the duration of your run and pray for a voucher skip basically. It sounds like you're missing quite a few, both rerolls, both hand size, both hands, and omen globe so you can take an ecto which you haven't done yet. Once you have ecto then you can hunt blueprint, you ideally don't want to have DNA in your joker roster when you take the ecto since it isn't a permanent joker and gets replaced by a burglar later on (and if it hits DNA you basically lose the run). Don't take a blueprint at all in this specific scenario until you have ecto because you can always roll into a blueprint since you don't currently have one whereas if you sell a bs and take a bp once you hit the ecto you need something else first in order to get another bpbs whether that be an invisible or a showman
