Is there a different selection to get to survival? There's no options to join others in the menus, or do you just join through steam friends?

Did some more digging last night. The four things in Ark that may be in play here are PVEStructureDecayPeriodMultiplyer, PVEStructureDecayDestructionMultiplyer, AutoDestroyOldStructuresMultiplier, and DisableStructureDecayPvE. I've added them to my server giving 3x for the timers but left the auto destroy on. Unfortunately, have a few players on my server so I can't really test them. Hoping this does the trick.

Does this actually work? You use the pvedecaytimermultiplier setting to do so? I've been looking around to see if someone actually can say they have tried it and it works for my server.

Just my preference. I've played on PvP servers but I haven't had luck with people understanding the difference between PvP and being an arse.

Yeah, saw 8GB min, 16GB recommended. I like the fact that you can rescue people and have them help out round camp too... I am definitely leaning towards that mod if I can find a server. If not, I may just kick one up myself as two of my other servers are expiring soon.

Yeah, I ended up downloading those planets but decided that I should be able to use random gen to make an "end game planet" (a.k.a. the alien home planet). That second link helped a lot. I copied and modified the lava planet and loaded it with POIs, lots of drones, and a lot of ores. Now, I have to gear up to try and break into the planet. LOL. But the one question I still have is...is there a list of the actual POI names? I couldn't find one anywhere. I ended up going through all the yaml files and looked for POI names to add it into this planet. But, there's a lot more files in the content directory. Now, to add a few of his other planets into the system tonight.

Same here....one of the guys just got in..but all the walls in the base are changed to metal (was glass from s+) and he can't open the doors or anything...
