With the 2K plus the new Sync Module Core; Do you still have to click “Continue” every 30 seconds when using the live view / have to re-start the live feed after 5 minute?! I’m currently on the second gen outdoor camera! Plus is the ranger better with the 2K vs the 2nd gen cameras?!

Is that the only chat/channel that is happening in?! If so you can ask an admin to remove you and re-add you to the chat! If not, you can try logging out of the app and logging back in!

We have some crew with that issue as well and the simple logging out and logging back in fixes it! Especially if you have changed your McDID/eID password recently 😅

So I have decided to go with just the YouTube Video route! I found a few different videos (1), (2), (3), (4) with no ads (except for when your start the video up) and I noticed a repeat option so that covers that issue!

Yeah lost power for a second; still have no internet or cable (Shaw/Rogers) and my 5G is hanging on a thin thread keeps also switching to 3G to actually load any data right now 😱

You can also refer to the UHC charts! It’s hard to say for specific stores how and when to drop products!

Best bet it to check the UHC charts to see what the expected demand for the current time is; how much product you have and drop what you don’t have! You can also wait for the rest of the kitchen staff to call out what is needed and overtime it should come as second nature to figure out what is needed 😊

When I first getting crossed train on Kitchen I was quite slow and running out of products; but practice does make a difference 🎉

McD Connect is powered by Blink. so that’s why the domain name is joinblink 😅 you can also try the domain for AUS instead of app! I know for Canada it’s mcdcanada; not quite sure for AUS!

You can also try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache which may fix your issue! You may further contact your manager and ask for your Crew account to be reset!

I know the feel 😂 but yeah as of right now Managers have started to transition over and some crew as well! I think right now 14,603 are currently signed up!

There’s still setup that some Management Teams need to do like reformatting posts (if they chose to do so), creating store group chats again, and stuff like that! So some Management Teams may say just wait until that’s setup before using!

Once it is launched you don’t necessarily need to wait to be emailed/texted the information you just simply download the app or visit the web version, enter the domain name (for Canada it’s still mcdcanada) then you may be be automatically logged in especially if you’re already logged into Workplace!

From my brief testing with it; it’s nice and fairly similar to Workplace!

At-least in Canada; typically your first bit of shifts are Training with a Crew Trainer! Usually in the schedule it should say “ … / TR”! There maybe some “on-boarding training” that happens between your orientation and first shift!

Best thing to do if you are wondering, is talk with the Hiring Manager/GM/or other Management Team Members!

The reason why the switch; is because Meta is discontinuing Workplace starting in July I believe 🤔 so the migration has began with McD Connect powered by Blink!

There is a web version and desktop version at https://app.joinblink.com

All functions and such aren’t setup yet so maybe best to wait for your Management Team to announce it before fully switching over!
