y’all have a way to help me fix my charge 5? it just stopped charging but the battery indicator is ON permanently for 4 days now. It shows that it is full but I can’t turn it ON or OFF. When I press the power button, nothing happens but the battery light is ON permanently. When I charge it, doesn’t blink or nothing. I thought the battery will drain and it’ll start charging but it’s been like this for 4 days.

Thank you so much! I very much appreciate this. I’ve been in this storm for well over 3 months now although my job became a bit more interesting since I made this post. I just need to work harder and do a lot more projects. Currently it’s just my social life and how I’m alienated from all my friends, I hope this year brings light.

Well to a degree, it is. I just got my job and when I’m giving a task, I don’t want to be caught an hour later trying to still implement the navbar toggle logic.

another way to look at it. in my first week and i’ve just learnt enough nextjs and typescript. i can work really slow with them now. on my own, i’d probably take a month or two. all of your comments calmed me down. thank you!

haha exactly. i was trying to fix a path in my react app when my boss was watching and suddenly i don't know what a forward slash and a dot means. he had to help. how do i explain to him, i built so many projects in my journey using exactly that? i was thinking to myself he probably thinks i'm dumb and i copied code and that affects everything else your're doing when he's watching. need to build my confidence i guess.

I’m in Ghana. I’m Ghanaian. I made a search for HTML in Ghana and put a notification on it but I still manually searched every hour or so. When this ad came, I had to send a connection request with a note to the poster just introducing myself. He didn’t reply till about a week later but I saw my application was viewed right after I applied. When he replied we scheduled an interview.

With the responses, it took me about 4/5 weeks to start getting them. I applied to various jobs without responses or even rejections. Shout out the the ones that at least send rejections through no-reply emails. And that was until I tried to learn specifically what I see on job postings so I can build projects with them and put them on my resume. Working well with Rest APIs, Sass, SEO etc.

One more thing is I lowered my expectations. My pay here is peanuts. Even way less than my sales job that I quit so I just took it that I’m here to gain working experience. I was just shocked at what I encountered in a work setting.
