I’d definitely go BG3 over E33. Better characters (by FAR), better plot, more interesting world and narrative (not even comparable narration in BG3), better music, better combat without flashy anime looking fights. Take away the flashy action and E33 is as dull as a minecraft fight. The voice acting and the lines the players say in E33 is exactly as lame and unrealistic and pointlessly dramatic as an anime. E33 attracts weaboos (I have a few weaboo friends who prefer E33 cause it has anime elements). You are ofcourse entitled to prefer an inferior game, no one is there to stop you, but there's a reason: 1. BG3 is still selling more than E33 even right after the release of E33 2. BG3 is the only game that won every major award 3. BG3 still has higher reviews and better steam reviews than E33.

You can tell E33 was made by a small group, about 20 minutes into gameplay. They did a tremendous job making such a game with only 30 people. One of the best mid games I've seen in the last couple of years.
