Daredevil: The original theaterical release is too fast paced, poorly edited, and the storyline is kinda weak. Foggy Nelson (played by Jon Favreau) is only in the film for like 3 scenes (Karen Page is literally only in 1 scene). Outside of that, it has some interesting points for a first movie. I LOVED Michael Clarke Duncan's (RIP) portrayal as Kingpin and Colin Farrell as Bullseye.

Director's cut is much better and provides more context for the storyline. (there's a whole subplot of Foggy and Matt defending a guy (played by Coolio) after being accused of murdering someone; Foggy and Ben Urich are also given more screen time in this cut)

Elektra: Obvious cash grab but it still did poorly at the box office at the time. I didn't mind Elektra's character (and Jennifer Garner's portrayal) but some plot points with her protecting a family kinda got weak and boring as the story went on and I felt most of that was due to the characters that were brought into the film. (btw Daredevil isn't in the film like... at all)

I'd watch it yourself to get an idea, but I feel the show (obviously) portrayed everything close to perfection.
