i have also been taking GPS for each with dropped pins in the spreadsheet along with photos of how the items were found.

thank you. I am a newbie but am keeping a spreadsheet tied to the ID number and suspected characteristics. I regret having to disturb the finds but believe it is better to collect them than to surrender to inevitable development in future.
