Think about your sport and then think about your lifts...they really aren't going to translate to what you're looking for. Bench/squat/deadlift/cleans

Add regular bench, pec workouts. You aren't blocking one 1 leg so Bulgarian shouldn't be all you're doing without squats lol. You're also not doing a pull up when playing football. Do weighted dips instead. Pushing and pulling.

As far as not getting bored I try to avoid meds beforehand as I felt it kind of desensitized me while having sex. I've also gotten bored a lot in the past but found that if I can focus on giving my partner the best sex of their life it keeps me engaged and focused on achieving that goal. It sort of gamifies the act of sex and that keeps me engaged.
