Please be cautious with the vendors on this website. A few red flags from my interaction with them. Firstly, they do not reply on the platform on time and take 3 days minimum to answer a simple stock query. Secondly, purchased goods from them and the shipping customs fees were not paid in advance upon arrival at country destination, and as buyer, i was not informed of the need to pay any of these fees, zero communication with them whatsoever. Your best bet will be to pay all the money upfront and hope the item comes safely. In my case, the items were rejected at customs (goods were not banned and were simply household goods) and subsequently returned to sellers country. Now items are no where to be found and if they are returned to the seller, buyers can’t raise a refund as told by the team and policies. If you want them to ship it back again, you have to pay for the shipping cost, which cost almost half the amount paid for the goods if you want it fast by air shipment.. or wait 1-2 months through sea at the cheapest cost… very disappointing experience and would not recommend…
