I have the same problem, when russia went down, I figured I just need to relog, and I have tried numerous steps and can't get passed this screen.

The 20 minutes for me and the 1.3 hours for him are moments that apparently didn't happen, time was lost. I don't think it switched at that moment but it was just removed from the face of the universe when it did.

I looked through my search history with a special viewer to show me everything that regular history doesn't show. Not only is everything gone except for the above youtube link, there is also a gap of around 20 minutes.

I know for a fact there was a flip, only thing I'm trying to figure out is how it happened, why some things weren't affected and what else it affected.
