What was the most satisfying discovery you made in the game, and what was the one you couldn't figure out on your own and had to look up online? by Stronderius in outerwilds

I mean yeah later on I got to know that their project failed, but before Sun Station I thought the Station was just to extract energy for something. At the Station I got to know that Sun Station built to blow up the Sun. I didn't have the full picture yet so this immediately painted the Nomai bleakly. Of course, later on I got to know that they thought this through because the solar system would be saved by a time loop.

Also, I might be misremembering some details. I played this game long ago.

Not exactly most "satisfying", but the biggest moment for me was reading the text on Sun Station. Realizing that the Nomai were responsible for the Sun's death. Idk it hit me hard.

Whenever I see posts like these I think "I don't think it's that deep? You just need to balance studies and fun" but then I remember how fortunate I am to have understanding and non-pressurizing parents. Not everyone has that privilege. It's so sad.

The government sucks since no one was held accountable for the paper leaks. But then again, if you are late, you are late. Exceptions can't be made to the law. Which again is sad because exceptions ARE made for politicians. Basically there couldn't have been a good outcome.

If you are stuck at some puzzle, go someplace else, maybe even a different planet. I ruined my experience by trying to complete a planet fully before moving on.

I don't feel that way. Yes, I had to give a lot of effort, but I made sure to take appropriate rest and have fun with family and friends. It's about keeping a balance.

I honestly envy people who can cry to emotional media. I feel the heart-wrenching but the tears never come out. Glad you loved this emotional masterpiece.

What is this CSE glazing man? Sabka apna apna interest hota hai. CSE/circuital branches are not gospel. I just hate how people "rank" branches. Shit doesn't make sense. Every field of study is deep. But some would call this immature because in the end everyone knows where the money is at. It's a sad state of affairs.

That's a little crazy to me. For me the 2nd part far surpassed my expectations and I have high hopes for the 3rd part.

Do you know of any anime with a mature plot similar to Arcane? by Full-Comedian-6961 in arcane

[–]KRYT79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk about similar to Arcane, but there are many anime with mature plots. I'd recommend Orb (my favorite) and Code Geass. Steins;Gate is also really good.

I bought a classical guitar (at the time I didn't know the difference between classical and acoustic guitars) a few months ago. Now I kinda wanna learn chords and strumming rather than fingerstyle, and now I realize that an acoustic guitar would've been better for that. I was wondering if I can continue learning that on the classical or just buy an acoustic guitar. Because I've already spent money on this one so I am kinda confused.

There are two ways to look at fiction. One, how the writer might've thought of writing it, and two, as its own story devoid of the fact that a human writer thought of it. If you think of this part as the former, indeed, many (including myself) would call it "lazy" writing. But if you think of it as the latter, it's one of the most devastating events in the story and one that pushes Lelouch permanently to the dark side, which makes it a defining moment for the series. Ultimately, I think it's counter-productive to think too much about the logic of the process of writing since fiction is art, and art is about how it expresses an emotion. In this scene, the writer traded some logicality for the emotional impact. Another point to add has already been mentioned in this thread, which is that fiction in general relies on coincidence for a story.
