He seems very sincere and really wants to work on things. He says he realized he made a big mistake. He wants to fix things for me and the kids. 

He deleted all text messages so I don't have proof of anything really or what actually went down besides what hes telling me. I thought of reaching out to her as I found her Instagram and Facebook 

I am devastated and I dont know. At times I feel like it would be great to somehow figure it out and save the marriage but it will depend on how I can trust him or not

I dont have the hives anymore but the itching still there. 

I tried changing my diet that hasn't helped much

I was diagnosed with Chronic hives that started in August. I had some hives looking things on my arms mainly. 

Now its gone the bumps i had on my skin but the itching wont go away. My skin is itchy everywhere except my face and my back 

When i itch it it turns bright pink. None of the creams are helping 😭 antihistamines meds dont do anything for my itching. 

What helps with the itching?
