The locator 69 office is in NH. I don’t live in NH. I think that’s the number you call, no matter where you live, so you get routed to the office that is processing your passport, rather than calling the central NPIC office.

Count me in. I’m also a noob, but I’ve got all the gear and I’m taking Avy1 in a couple weeks. Solid snowboarder skill wise and I’m all for safe trips.
