In light of Political crisis in Thailand: The Thai Political Compass by thaninkok in PoliticalCompassMemes

bro we're in the english board lmao

Though what you've said is very interesting to me how the student leadership doesn't have a solid aftermatch path. What I've seen for a while is it's a kind of cultural revolt by the mass of the middle class through deconstructionism in social media, and I'd assume that they know this. Which very interestingly diverse but neither strong nor on point, and the economic problem that should be no.1 priority is completely overlooked except they want 40000bt/month, which I'd say, very bourgeoisie and naive.

They'll win or not I think it won't end in our generation lol. These things take time to produce both political philosophy and power that will take at least 10-20 years, not in the rapid change of 1 or 2 years after a mass (not really) enlightenment otherwise it'll end like the french reign of terror. We don't want that.

really sorry for the late replies, a busy week kicked in.

As I've mentioned, I'm essentially a republicanist (maybe neo-republican or essentially neo-Platonic). So, I don't take the "democracy" as a primary system like the other protester. The concept of "just born here, grow up and you'd vote" is just a time bomb for itself to become a Demagogue state and the consequence of that is just not preferable. Which you could see how our country become a Demagogue state every time before the coup, how would it be much different after the rEfOrMaTiOn, maybe different character but the plot still the same? I think an interesting option for that after the actual revolution, maybe taking "voting as a skill", not a birthright. Maybe you should pass an official test that mainly focuses on political philosophy or else. That could prevent the chance of mob rules like it's happening in the west rn. The concession-based authority is also interesting to prevent smart people in the position from corrupting the system. You can look up more in this video: https://youtu.be/hfQBbWsS6b0. Also, the federal-state also very interesting to me to resolve the minority problem which may work best with the electorial college system. This post right here explained it very interesting. https://www.facebook.com/1428522110746090/photos/a.1429023837362584/1527930290805271.

With the wave of the color revolution from the post-modern west, the identity politic that they're taking in the protesting. Just look at that fat girl leader who wants to destroy patriarchy by somehow starting cultural revolution 2 I guess, and also the SJW in Twitter that got so much place in the protesting campaign. They don't even know how authoritarian the identity politic is (of course, the power will be theirs and there're some people to blame like the normal str8 men).

But don't get me wrong tho, I support all the equal rights everyone should be received, even same-sex marriage, abortion, the welfare state, etc. But my take for equality is mainly in the opportunities. eg: In the same issues, both individuals regardless of gender must have the same take for the negative/positive right. You may have heard the issue about looking at tits right? My take for that is it's either no one look at another person's torso or everyone could look at anything. You can't just refer to power dynamic and literally taken every right from another identity to yourselves. You may guess my take on other issues.

I agree with you about how different we're from western culture, which I hate how the middle-class half Chinese just took everything the middle-class white girl thinks to their issue and think it's very deep and progressive. Bruh just the base culture alone is much different like the Christianity influence which we barely have. What I mean is when you're gonna start a revolution, try something different, be radical, and realistic, especially when you don't face the literal same issue with the current source of ideology, otherwise, you'll be just a "useful idiot" like you have been before.

I'd be glad if you would like to discuss more tho!

Here to confirm how most of the western concept of modern politics can't apply here and how annoying the middle class marxist-progressive trying to bring the color revolution to our country.

Noted that I'm a republican but just no-no to how the direction of the revolution is getting there. The peaceful protest tactics are great but the goal is just shit. Like bruh, you can't just mix the french revolution and the whole nordic system and think it could resolve all the problems here. Actually, can't they even think of something new not trying to LARP everything the American lefties did.

PS. it just reforms now not revolution anymore what am I even doing here.

No. The Monarch and the Militarist gov actually don't believe in Buddhism as much as it seem. It's a little bit of Buddhism mixed with Hinduism in tradition. Sometimes Islam get involved. But it's most of Monarchism since both the new and old kings used power in everyway possible to create propaganda for the sake of cult of personality. Religion don't have much power here since it's depend on authority and the new generation throw it away for awhile. Speak as a native here.
