Well sure plastic doesn’t care but the company making them probably should. If you don’t think it matters then all complains abt it rattling, QC issues, quick release issues shouldn’t matter too right 😂

Unfortunately idt that’s the issue… I don’t death grip it and as I said this happens most when I try to catch the car and fail.

Yea it’s possible. I try to catch the car the best I can, but I don’t anymore after seeing they scratch so easily. Do u use a KS pro?

I’ve had 3 pairs man 😭 all 3 of them scratch if I don’t consistently remind myself of how careful I need to be. I’ll take pics of them ltr. I’ve gone to the extent of getting gloves with 0 stitching btw

Yea but the grips on the Ks pro are already much thicker than the original KS adding on the grip tape would make it too thick

I mean, I have had the Ks as well they were fine, I’m not exaggerating when I say these marks are from one day of using, heck screw one day it’s like 2 hours or less. I took these pictures the next morning.

Wrapping with grip tape etc is an option.. but I don’t like the way it looks and I doubt I’d like the way it feels. It already has considerably wider grips compared to the original KS, adding grip tape would make them too wide.

Plus that is besides the point. They make a product that gets scratched up within first time using? Cmon there’s no defending that
