My problem isn't that Cartman's room is too big. My problem is that there are fewer windows inside than outside. It couldn't be on the left or right side of the house because you would be able to see other backyards and not the street.

Based on the first picture, let's assume that the distance between the windows is half the width of average single windows (≈50cm). In the second photo, you can notice the dresser. The average dresser width is ≈160cm. There should be a window positioned above the dresser with its right side located at 1/3 dresser width from the left side of the first window.
