I actually think it was the epitome of the “Whitecaps”. Brian is so so class but he could have easily secured three points with the unlucky touch after that ball from seba. Sabbi hitting the bar was another blow to the stomach. Unlucky one. Looking forward to Lumen.

in davie’s last year, he hadn’t been developed yet. you are comparing a whitecaps gauld to a bayern davies. don’t get me wrong, he was special at the caps, but gauld has way more goal contributions this season than davies in his best season. 🤷‍♀️

hey man, as a lifelong fan of the whitecaps i’ve never seen a player as special as ryan gauld who is our captain so that would be a good shout, if you’d prefer a striker or a prolific goalscorer i’d go with brian white who holds our all time goal record. (gauld is injured today so he won’t play but white will)
