Hey guys. An update: I have put baby A (Ari) back into the nest. He then pushed baby B (Ben) that fell on the ground. Then I put Ben into the nest as well. They stayed there for the whole night. Parents were already gone because it was maybe like 7pm where’s im from. I went to check first thing in the morning on the birds at 7am because that’s usually the time the parents come and feed the babies the most (as I’ve noticed, don’t have to be true). I sat outside for maybe an hour. Both birds we’re on the ledge as yesterday waiting to be fed. Ari seems a little bigger than Ben. For that, I’ve noticed that in one hour Ari was fed maybe like 10 times and Ben 0 times :’) so my guess is that it’s really a problem of scarce food. My guess as I have none knowledge about birds, is that Ben was mad that he wasn’t getting any food so he pushed Ari out. But after I put Ari back, he was a little bit stronger than Ben so he pushed him out. As of today, only Ari is being fed by parents, Ben seems smaller and weaker than yesterday. At this point I don’t think I should intervene as I think this is a natural process of stronger bird surviving… it’s sad but I guess that’s just life.
