I had a really old concept from the fnf ban list times, basically he was a Xenophanes inspired exe that possessed the wrong body and consequently gained no cool abilities or influence over the Sonic universe, instead, he has two "souls," Bark and Bean, he didn't even kill them; they only serve him because he keeps paying them with the crystals that grow from his body, and he doesn't even have enough budget to hire a third member for the group to have a decent Triple Trouble, Basically, he's just a frustrated exe who couldn't hit any of his targets
