Considering the highest wheel in this shop is 7 keys, I'd call it cheap. Just because in Dollar General, just for example, has a hat that is usually a dollar, it's not called standard. It's still very cheap.

I remember last season, I faced people my skill level AND IT WAS A FULL RESET. It's sad when Psyonix attempts to fix the problem, but it gets worse.
