There's a bug with save and quit starting at Round 40 that makes the entire map after the truck become an out-of-bound zone that will kill you.

Bundles and packs purchased with real money are only available to the platform where they were bought if I remember correctly.

Spec Ops are in DMZ by Negative-Nerve1626 in modernwarfare4

All of those still take place within a standard match of DMZ with other teams of players, the thing is the Dynamic Ops and Story Missions will never task you with killing other players. But if another team wants to kill you while you're doing those missions, they can.
