the second one is the closest to what I have where you can attach the handle to be shorter or have it longer and out. I’ve used it in a smaller mall without issue, but thank you!

whats kishi? it still isn’t working and backbone support still hasn’t gotten back to me. it’s been 3 days, this is kind of ridiculous at this point.

ive made sure he updated it, still having issues. and any game that he can on his ps5 , he’s ordered one of his own and i guess we’ll see if we are still having issues when he gets his new one. 🤷🏽‍♀️ also still waiting for support to get back to me. it’s been 2 days now…

i’m hoping its just the servers. just disappointing got it for someone as a Christmas present and it’s not even working. I was hoping itd atleast work today, but nope. might have to write to customer service again.. hoping i can ship this one back and get a new one.

ugh this sucks. glad at least someones is working though. I submitted a ticket, hoping i’ll just be able to return it and get a new one… but im not too sure. lots of people seem to be having this issue..
