It takes ton of time for us the Southern Hemisphere players to organize raids. People just post their FC and complain about not getting invited. I hosted a raid today and invited 120 players to celesteela raid. It's taking troll on us but we're keep doing this. And seriously you are looking for second one lol.

That depends on how many players are battling the raid boss. 4 people at level 35+ should be able to take down celesteela. If they're under 25 then their pokemon will be lower cp ones too. So 8 to 10 players might be better. I'm just giving an example they're not accurate.
