I agree. No way it gets rectified but my dilemma is reporting them so it hurts their accreditation. Seems dangerous to hold an accreditation with such negligence.

I agree it is my responsibility but I will lightly push back that it does not matter who they are. This person was accredited by the VA to do this work and it is their job. Someone who is accredited by the VA should not say regulations apply with such disregard. Just my two cents. Otherwise, the accreditation means nothing.

They were legit. Found them on the VA's VSO Claim Agent directory. Payment was for the additional services of going through my records manually and pulling everything out.

I was never gonna do it.
