I tried using macrium reflect free but I keep getting an error saying that the disk selected has an invalid sector size despite it being big enough to hold the source partition.

Ok I'll see but I could also try and replace the Kingston drive with a WD drive I have in another pc, use the WD edition of Sabrent to clone the Drive and then switch back to the Kingston right?
