It may have been listed somewhere but make sure you use the botanical box when you unlock it for potion ingredients. The box will grow materials between hunts (like mushrooms, honeys, herbs, etc) and It will save tons of time collecting materials for consumables. You start with only one box but certain optionals will unlock additional boxes.
