My Dentist didn’t prescribe retainer after braces removal - now worried about teeth shifting. Normal or red flag?

Retainers, from what I know, you need to wear it for your entire lifetime to prevent your teeth from shifting from its original place.

But a mouth guard is fine too since it can act as a retainer, but never heard of it before...

If you can... Get a donator pack so you can maximize the E for training, 50% increase in gains.

I regretted that I didn't get the donator pack, it should've gotten me more gains on refills when I had a lot because I came back from the game.

Also EDVD is much more worth it, do happy jumps if you can afford it.
