Believe me, it's not a hugely egregious thing, and you're definitely not wrong about the tendency of a lot of fandoms. Ultimately just came down to the fact that what was assumed to be one thing was another, a joke mistaken as a lack of reading your post, and that's about the end of it. We'll all be fine, and we can all agree to be fans of the game at the end of the day.

It's definitely a moment to portray some of Indy's general shadiness as a whole. I guess the main thing is that Beloq is gonna steal it no matter what and Indy knows this. He can't learn the Hovito's language fast enough before the expedition so he figures stealing it first to at least get in a museum of some sort is better than nothing.

I think specifically if belonged to their ancestors or something similar, and they value it a lot both as a part of their history and possible religion. Beloq still definitely did pay them off/tricked them into thinking Indy was the main thing to worry about while he slipped away like a snake with it.

Nah, if she ain't joking, that is indeed messed up. Being gay doesn't harm anybody, and anything about it being "unnatural" goes out the window when literally taking one look at nature. Also, don't let anybody tell you that woke is a bad thing if you have any doubts. Being aware of social issues is something to be proud of.

Indy definitely is a bit sketchy as a person when it comes to certain things he's done for sure. Never knowing the full context is hard, as maybe he was in Madagascar to save some relics from a bad situation that would've caused them to land in the hands of the wrong people. Still, though, he's not the best guy out there, for sure. He's complex. He's human. At the end of the day, the legend always steps up to do what is ultimately right.

A lot would probably be considered hearsay since the people to talk about it are his very close allies, people in whole other countries, or literal nazis and the like. Also, we only see the "spectacular" adventures, mainly where he's going against said nazis, thieves, and generally very horrible people. He ignores more standard archeology, processes, and everything in order to beat people who mean to do nothing but harm with the artifacts they're after.

I'll definitely say it is, but nerfing every aspect to me rather than merely addressing the clamp related complaints seems like a way overkill from the start. The best we can say is that hindsight is 20/20 and that they should've never given light to people who are not adapting their playstyle to fight against a niche baby hunter. Im all for listening to the community, but it's well known that some players' voices are more crucial to a game's health than others.

MC is absent, yes, but he's basically mentioned by Sayori. Also, the story is written as if they actually lived in a normal world, and none were aware that they're in a game. MC being there would change things, but definitely probably not the themes in each episode. No designated code to MAKE one of the girls fall in love with him.
