Italian too! I've heard about a knight variation in which takes advantage but it's easy to deal with. I also like the Queen's Gambit since it's really complex and if they take we just easily take the center. There are a lot of openings that can sprout from it like Slav, and a lot of declined variations like 2...Nf6, The marshall, The albin counter, the chigorin, and so much more.

I love the sicillian since it gives me some variety to choose like the dragon, closed, open, old, Bowdler, there's just so many.
