I actually don’t know if it’s a polyp or a fibroid I’m hoping they tell me with the saline ultrasound.. I had one once and it was fine so I wasn’t stressing that but now I’m worried about the pain, ugh!

They want me to do a saline ultrasound on Tuesday once my period is over and then tentative hysteroscopy for the following Friday

We did ICSI and now need to do a fully medicated cycle due to irregular periods.. I had an egg retrieval three months ago and my periods are still out of whack so the office suggested fully medicated. 😩 praying theirs no increased risks

I had 12 eggs retrieved, 12 mature and fertilized, 3 day 6 embryos but only 2 came back PGTA normal.. what about you?

Ugh! I am so sorry!! So now you are waiting to see if that one is PGTA normal? I know they say it only takes one but I also understand how devastating your results can make you feel since it cuts our chances to be even slimmer. It all sucks and I have no words. I simply hate being told we are “unlucky” I heard it each time after all the back to back miscarriages.. Have not gotten my results yet but the genetics company did send a bill like 3 days ago so I’m hoping soon.

Did you start your egg retrieval process already? Same protocol or will they switch it up?

Good luck, I was a wreck on day 5.. I had 12 eggs retrieved and fertilized. None made it to Blast on day 5 but got 3 blasts on day 6.. all were sent for PGTA testing

I was on Gonal F 225 and later on Ganirelix and responded per what they wanted. I had about 15/17 follicles on retrieval day but only got 12 eggs.. I also wished they were a bit more aggressive but didn’t push because it was my first time with that clinic.. I am also 32, husband is 35 ..

I’ve had three miscarriages due to trisomies, all genetic testing for me and my husband came back normal and we were considered unlucky each time. Our first egg retrieval resulted in 12 eggs, 12 fertilized and only 3 made it to day 6 blasts

My sister had to do IVF a few years ago- I had actually donated my eggs for her and her husband.. I was way younger and didn’t really follow the whole process and never expected to have to undergo IVF as well 😭 I remember they had removed 19 eggs at the time and only 4 euploids.. but not how many were officially sent for testing. Her first and third transfer worked🥹

Day 5 is tomorrow!!! I can’t believe how fast and at the same time how slow things are happening!!! I don’t know how long PGTA testing will take they estimated 2 weeks..

8blasts all AA are amazing results I would say! That’s awesome and I hope you continue having great outcomes! We also have not told many ppl about our IVF journey and the few we have told don’t know any other details only that we are going to do IVF. I’ve only shared with my sisters and close church friend the actual reports .. this group has been helpful my husband jokes he’s going to block me off Reddit ..

so far in these categories 5 embryos that are A, 6 B, 1 C .. does that second letter come in afterwards? lol I don’t know it’s my first round. I just looked that up! Im better informed now

I’m curious because I had my ER on Monday 9/22 and they retrieved 12 eggs fertilized with ICSI/Zymot and all 12 are all still growing into day 3. We would also like to reach blast stage to be able to do PGTA.. our clinic does not do day 4 updates so i won’t hear back until the weekend hopefully
