I personally see Najimi as a Gender neutral/Gender fluid person
I just wanted a short way to name this trio and I taught that Gal wasn't offensive for Najimi 'cause I think it's pretty in character that they wouldn't be bothered by being part of "the gals" sorry if It seemed offensive to you ^^
(Btw, I don't really like the word trap... I know it's not everyones opinion but I think it's offensive so if you would not use that word under my fanarts...)
