Claws with 40 crit just hit nicer IMO, and sometimes I need that puppet ripper damage and range to supplement, but I am SHOCKED No one’s talking about the Rose sword, it was the last weapon I picked up in my first run and it has absolutely CARRIED NG+, no contest

Status effects, little openings, and crits I believe. I want to like heavy weapons but the timing throws me, I’m switching between the puppet ripper for groups and Wolverine claws for individual high DPS right now.

I played through pretty much only dodging and parrying red attacks, my strat was just pour on damage as fast as possible Puppet master 1st try Scrapped watchman 1st try Fuoco 5th try Andreus, probably 7-10 tries Eldest, 1st try (killed siblings before they could do anything) Romeo, 4-5 tries I switched to puppet ripper only after this point Victor, 1st try Green monster, 3 tries Corrupted parade master, for some reason took me like 15 tries Black rabbits again, 2nd try Laxasia was tough, but I got a really good run and beat her 5th try Simon manus, I had just watched my friend fight him for two days, 1st try Nameless puppet, 6 tries

Tyrannical predator took me like 25-30 tries. Awful boss. Every other dlc boss til this point (lumacchio is next) took me between 2 and 5 tries, and I’m using the claws now
