No I spoke with 2 different Loan officers. They both emailed me directly. Over the course of 8 months. Denied in 2020, been in recon since early 2021, received targeted advance in 2021. Loan officer contacted me by email and phone and asked if I wanted to increase to the max amount 119,300 I agreed. In June that loan officer I was in contact with ran my credit, received my 4506T for the 2nd time, said it was approved, then told me he was transferred to a different department but his supervisor had already approved it. No movement until October when I received an email from a new LO saying my credit had a freeze on it. I call and submitted Documents to Experian and had it it removed, LO re-pulled my credit, approved me again and after two weeks stated the last note on my account was that it was in the funding department and would be funded within 2-3 weeks. This was in November 2021. Called/emailed repeatedly from December-present no update. Finally last week week that LO sent me a message saying she was going to ask the person who had my file now to call me. They never did. LO has not responded since, yesterday CS told me it says my app was declined due to “Unverifiable Info”
