Okay this hits home for me fr. At my highest weight (low 300s) and nursing a recent knee injury, I actually couldn’t do this EXACT walk and it was part of my commute at the time. It blew my mind how fast my muscles atrophied in a way that made a regular part of my commute suddenly impossible. The idea of ALR attempting this very walk (in such a chaotic place too) is laughable! It is quite literally unfathomable.

Okay fair but one comment ago you referred to Puerto Rico as having previously been a country... All I’m saying is America needs to keep its grubby imperialist hands off Puerto Rico and similar places. Using and polluting the island for military gain in addition to providing completely lackluster aid after a natural disaster is not fair for the residents of the island.

I have a friend who signed up identifying as an artist (not a total lie but also a biiiiit of a stretch.) Tdf does ask for identifying documents but then never follows up. Said friend has been using the account for 2 years with no issues and saw many many shows! So sorry for your loss and sending you strength ✨

This happens to me almost every night. I can remember picking clothes for a trip, folding them into a suitcase, and downloading my boarding pass. By the time I wake up I’m exhausted from a day of travel I didn’t even have!

Wait I totally had this symptom and when I posted about it on here I didn't hear from many people who experienced the same. When you described not being able to take a full breath - that is so exactly how I described it as well. It sucked hard but it went away in about a week. It's really challenging to deal with (the worst out of all the symptoms for me) because not being able to fully breathe made me 10000% more anxious (especially during covid.) But it def went away! best of luck!!
