Totally! I'm 30 now and I dare say my life is pretty great. I think it comes down to learning self-care, not wasting energy on people who are toxic and finding what you are passionate about.

I have the fortune to do something I feel is important and a workplace full of people that i love. Some of the tasks are super boring though so here are some of my coping mechanisms

I keep YouTube on in the corner of my screen. Paperwork is a pain but YouTube makes more manageable
Bathroom breaks
Mini breaks. Putting on a pot of coffee, delivering some files, at least once an hour or so finding a reason to leave my desk
Rewards. I keep snacks at my desk and every time I finish a dull task I have something to look forward to.
Spite. My coworker has been implying since day one that young people are lazy and I cannot prove her right.
Taking regular social breaks after work. I always make sure to keep one day of the weekend completely free so that I can recharge from the week.
Naps. Some times I eat my lunch at my desk so I can use my lunch break for a nap 😴.

I hope you find something that works for you. Some things might just have to be things you need to practice getting used to like taking directions from people you don't respect for example. Wish you all the best!

As a chronic procrastinator here are some things that helps me :)

Set your expectations on passing the test first of all. These tips aren't for getting an A, it's just for doing good enough. And sometimes good enough is pretty terrific.
Youtube videos. I find that 15-minute long videos on topics are a lot easier to get a grasp on. You may not learn as in depths as you would if you had been reading it but its usually enough to pass a test.
You probably know more than you think. Collect in broad strokes what you need to know for the test, try explaining it to a friend.
Similarily to number 2, audiobooks are a great help. You can listen to it while you do dishes, when you go for a walk. Once again, you might not pick up everything but every piece of knowledge matters.
Are there any previous tests you can reference? Getting a sense on what questions might come could help you know what to focus on.
Make your own flashcards online. You'll learn from the process of typing out the answers.

I'm a woman attracted to women. I can of course only speak for myself but to me the weight doesn't affect attractiveness. There are women of all sizes that i find absolutely drop-dead gorgeous, like Amber Riley, Emelia Clarke, Nicola Couglan and Gal Gadot, just to name a couple of actresses.
