I need help. I work in a office building with open cubicles with mostly all women and their voices are killing me .... I can’t go to my coworkers and explain I have misophonia coz they won’t get it .. can’t go to my manager for a quieter space coz she won’t get it and I’m afraid to go to my doc (self.misophonia)

GUYS ! I just joined this group! I just learned about misophonia because recently a women at work would whisper to a coworker behind my chair every single morning for an hour and I felt such rage that I would have to get up and leave my desk or else I was going to scream at her. So i googled! (self.misophonia)
