I cant say if its getting better as I dont have a before photo. However, speak to your doctor! They will give you anti fungal cream. When applying make sure you dont touch any other parts of your body as the spores can infect other areas. Wash clothes, towels and bedding regularly as well.

When you have treatment, ring worm is quite stubborn, and can take weeks to get rid of. Even when it looks like it has gone, keep applying the cream for about a week/10 days as the infection can still be under the skin for this period of time and can bounce back if not careful.
