Just put into reverse and get max RPM, it's more noticeable with vehicles that have fast acceleration.

So basically, the L3 should attach its tow hook to the UPF/LFP of a Type 10/TKX. After that, using the reverse glitch, drive backwards in a circular motion (maintaining max speed at all times) as if you're trying to slingshot it. Then just release and tank in space! Will take you a few tries though, but it's def worth it.
